Two piece disc rotors
have several advantages over single piece designs. Generally, for automotive
applications, the system consists of a cast iron rotor and a matched aluminium
centre hat. The combination provides a weight saving over single piece
designs and more lattitude for component expansion under hi-temperatures.
This results in longer rotor life and less problems associated with temperature
induced deformation.
Two piece disc rotors
by design lend themselves to be-spoke applications. Disc off-sets, stud
patterns and centre hole dimensions are all customisable allowing the
best possible fitment and options for custom brake system engineering.
Znoelli
is continually developing it's range of two piece disc systems and our
in-house manufacture of alloy centre hats means we are able to offer custom
solutions for your vehicle.
